E-Commerce Site Blueprint

At the start of 2023, I began working as a UX Research and Design Consultant on the User Experience team at ServiceMaster Brands. I was fortunate to have the chance to work on a meaningful project for the Merry Maids Brand, which involved transforming the current business model into e-commerce. My supervisors were always available and willing to offer support, allowing me to gain new skills and make significant contributions to the outlook of the e-commerce site. This experience allowed me to grow and develop as researcher.

Spearheaded primary user research for features for e-commerce site through conducting stakeholder interviews and a competitive analysis.
